This Business does not deserve a damn star, all of my daughter's valuable things were stolen from her vehicle while it was being stored there. I am so hurt and upset you have no idea. The worker seemed to not even care the the items were missing. I explained that the owner has today to contact me in reference to this situation or I'm reporting this and I'm going to the media to have this business shutdown because this is utterly ridiculous. March 13-2021 I spoke with an employee today in reference to my daugther's things being stolen from her car and asked why hadn't the owner called because I had filed a report on the incident and he stated that he had given the owner my phone number and If he wanted to call then he would have called. I explained to him that on March 4th, before the I had given them the title to the vehicle because the vehicle was obviously totaled, a female direct messaged my daughter (unprofessional) who does not work there stated that a gentleman by the name of Alex wanted to know when was she bringing the title because I told them that since the car was totaled, then they could have the vehicle after my daughter comes to get her personal belongings. Why this females reached out to my daughter, I have no idea but it was obvious that someone who possessed a key to the vehicle took her things because the car was not vandalized or damaged other then front damage from the collision not broken windows, doors, or trunk. This is piss poor and I can't wait until the entire Columbia Metro area knows about how horrible this so called business value their customers.
