Rick did an awesome job on fixing a big rip in my sofa seat cushion. It was a more complex repair than we initially thought, but he did a fantastic job on the repairs. I would recommend his services!

Awesome service beginning to end. Ashley was great showing me exactly what I wanted. Never tried to upsell me. 3 men who installed the LVP were respectful. Finished in one day and not a spec of trash left anywhere. 2 men who installed the carpet were funny and a delight to have in my home. Again, not a speck of trash anywhere when they left. The also dud everything in one day. I highly recommend.

All Trades Upholstery did two almost 100 year old furniture pieces for me: a wood cased 1930's deco couch and chair that my parents bought vintage in the 70's. They're curved with tufting and lots of seam details; needless to say, they are very special to us and I wouldn't trust just anyone with sprucing them up! Rick was quick to respond, quote, and do the work, and on top of that, he was really patient with us as we're doing a house renovation too and have had some delays. Cathy was also great with quickly sending me links to look at fabric and getting me samples. We had an issue with USPS and she had the company make it right by sending a new set immediately. Ricks pricing is competitive and super reasonable and his work is impeccable. Thanks again for bringing these amazing pieces back to life! Will definitely be bringing him more pieces soon and will recommend highly to others

My entire experience with All Trades Upholstery was fantastic; from working with Cathy on the fabric selection to Rick's expert work with my chair cushions. Cathy was very thorough in making recommendations on fabric, communicating the washability of the fabric and was willing to go the extra mile in finding me what I wanted. I dropped my cushions off with Rick and he told me when I could expect them to be ready and they were ready when he said they would be. I'm very happy with everything. I will definitely be using them again!

I don’t like to give poor reviews. However, I always try to be as reasonable and fair as possible when I do give them.I work for a company that specializes in commercial design and we sought out All Trades Upholstery (by recommendation from a highly trusted source) and paid for some pillows for a couple of projects. With the first project, we had no issues and were very pleased with the product we received and our client was happy as well.For the second project, we had to modify our quantity request and we worked hard to communicate clearly. Cathy was not professional in her responses whatsoever and was actually quite condescending towards our team.She may say that she doesn’t know me but that doesn’t make my review invalid or fake. Larger firms/businesses have project teams. For both of the projects that we contracted All Trades for pillows, I happened to be the Project Manager. Therefore, I saw all of the communication between Cathy and my team. We were pleased with the quality of work on the pillows for this second project but the professionalism was incredibly poor.My advice would be to remember that customer service goes a long way. How you respond in emails, even if there has been miscommunication, and how you respond when someone reviews you speaks more about your character. As a customer, we will not be pursuing any further business which could have led to a lot more opportunities with All Trades Upholstery.

Cathy and Rick were great to work with. They were immediately responsive to the call, provided an accurate estimate, and offered useful advice about each of the many fabric choices. They completed the job quickly, and the final product (sunbrella outdoor cushion replacements) were fantastic. The cushions were much more affordable than online options, much higher quality than cheap replacements, and CUSTOM. Well worth it!

Rick and Cathy are amazing! Cathy spent a lot of time and research trying to find the right fabric and in my budget for my household. She ordered more samples and sent them straight to my house for me to take a look at. Rick did a fantastic job creating covers for my chaise lounge chairs, much better than the original manufacturer. They always went above and beyond, I could not be happier!
