Moved 2022 and damages were photographed and provided to AJ at All My Sons in Greenville. Received check in 2023 which was returned for insufficient funds. Followed up with AJ seven times with no response. Received second check on 10/1 and it was returned for insufficient funds.

James and Will were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great moving experience from Summerville to Sumter to Santee. The whole haul was much smoother, shorter and cheaper than I thought. I would definitely hire them again.

Damaged my Bow Flex lateral LX3 screen during the move, which makes the machine unusable and they want to compensate me a $100 for damages?!? Zero stars if there was an option for it! Avoid this company!

I am making this review based on the two young men who were sent to handle my move. Jaleel and Henry were careful, kind, polite and professional. I would do business with either one of them again! Dealing with a manager named Jeremiah is something I will not do again. That person has no business ever speaking to a customer on the phone.

This company is a scam!!We contacted them to pack and move us out of state in mid-October. They gave us a quote in writing, we had several emails back/forth with their corporate office. At their request, we uploaded a video of what the interior of our house looks like to their app.Day of the pack & move comes, local branch shows up and says they weren’t booked to pack us. We showed them the emails confirming we were to be packed. They show us an estimate we signed that says at the top “Pack Date: 10/23. Move Date: 10/23.” It has charges on it for packing supplies. Obviously supposed to be packed. Nope, they put in the remarks “x pounds pbo.” Was there any indication of what pbo means? Nope. Apparently it means “pack by owner.”They also add that the corporate contact has no idea what she’s talking about and that they don’t even pack the kinds of small items we have around the house anyways.Since we have everything in writing, and the quote we weee given to pack and move matches the total of estimate, we try showing and explaining this to the local guys. Nope, still not good enough. They won’t budge AT ALL. They won’t pack us, even on a different day. They’re keeping our $700+ deposit, hitting us with a 15% same-day cancellation fee, AND they’ve just come back to say we owe them more money because apparently the closest local branch was an hour away and they want us to pay them the 2-hours it took for them to drive to our house and back to their local.We’ve tried reaching out to their corporate office, but they say the local person is correct and that the emails we have with their personnel were “just a mistake.” We contacted them on their social media accounts as well, and no one will reply.Don’t work with these people. It’s cheaper and easier to just light money on fire.

I was quoted $2600 for my move. Final cost they tried to charge me was $3800!!! This company is price gouging and will take advantage of you!!When getting the quote, I specifically asked if there were surcharges - answer was no. They charged me 14% for fuel surcharges - on a second truck I NEVER USED.I asked if I was charged for moving supplies. I was told there was no charge for moving supplies like moving blankets. I asked specifically about TV boxes. Well, I was charged for them! And I was charged dearly.I only needed the big stuff moved and was very clear about that. My family, friends and I moved all the small boxes and things. I was told I would need 2 trucks and 5 people to move - BUT they only moved the big stuff and ONLY NEEDED 1 truck and I was still charged for it.They would not unload my belongings until I paid - I have never heard of such a thing. I have used movers 4 times and I always paid at the end and NEVER had such drastic differences in the estimate vs. the cost.There was a conversation overheard where management told one of the movers (Emily) to do things in a way to charge me more. This is shady. Start to finish.Honor your estimate and if you are that unsure - send someone out.Make this right, All My Sons.

Told us they would move us out of our apartment into our new home within 3 miles of each other and then told us the day before they don’t service our area. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend hiring.

Did not move all of our goods and damaged a dresser. Will not respond to any emails regarding the poor service and damaged items. One of the movers that showed up told me he quit a few weeks prior because he felt undervalued. They convinced him to do this one job anyway.

We hired All My Sons Moving for our houshold relocation from Charleston, SC to Aiken, SC. The moving crew of 4 men showed up an hour late due to some internal issues that was not the drivers fault, but still caused overall delay in this one day operation. We had our household packed except for large furniture and beds. The crew was polite and worked fast, but also cut some corners to get done faster or making up lost time (while we were not watching), for example by not fully disassembling our master king size bed as actually discussed during initial walk through (expensive full wood platform bed frame). They only detached the 3 U-Shaped frame boards for the mattress from the head board and loaded them not well protected in the truck. During transport the frame was heavily scratched up, one board split in half on the end and one weight bearing metal bracket broke due to tension, pressure and weight of the full wood boards. (This could have been completely avoided with a 10 min. & 8 screw disassemble)
The driver apologize and did inform his manager, took pics and filed a claim.
They also elected to roll our full wood TV armor like a dice to get it into place, since carpet prevented them from convenient sliding. No damage here, but not a gentle way to treat furniture !
Incidences happen and we followed their protocol and filed our claim with pictures as well. Upon submittal they informed us that they will only reimburse $0.60 per lbs for any damaged goods!!! So we received and entire $ 120.00 (insult!!) for our damaged $ 2,000.00 bed, which does not even cover the repair. Once move is done, claims are being handled by headquarters, so the sales person that was your POC, is out of the picture and instead you deal with a call center environment. Would NOT chose them again, for moving any of personal belongings.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Malik and his team. They arrived on time, they were professional, and took great care of my furniture and boxes. These guys worked so hard in the heat and hot sun moving my furniture up three flights of stairs! I recommend All My Sons and ask for Malik and his team!

I had a 3 man crew moving my 1 bedroom that was already packed and ready go to a storage unit 4 miles away.. cost me over 600 dollars. I moved into this same 1 bedroom from the same distance away with a 2 man crew and that cost me 200 dollars. It was to the point that I had them leave all small boxes and just move the large items. I moved the small boxes myself on my own time. Never again.. unfortunately for me I didn't have any other options with that short amount of time. I'm still very upset but i learned my lesson. I would never recommend.
