I've been there a few times and they hate me. they scream at me every time I go. They call me trash to other customers and when I check out they scream at me with hate and let me know they don't want me there. The place needs new employees there that will run the place better and have better customer service.

I was called nasty by a cashier here this morning. She got the attitude she gave me, so I hope that sinks in. I have never had issues here until today. Working close by, it is somewhere I come frequently for snacks and everyone is usually friendly. You had an attitude even before I stepped up to get checked out. Have the day you deserve, ma'am ✌️

This does hands down the best 7-Eleven store in Midlands I do food delivery so I frequent all the nearby ones often what makes the store the best one the employees there's no one employee at the store that doesn't not only do their job but go over and above to do their job anytime you come in turn on slam busy and getting people in and out efficiently as possible then they are cleaning the whole crew at the store needs a raise and the employees from any other location need to take note and be more This Crew at the Greystone location

Order here through Uber eats I ordered a 3 meat pizza they sent me a Philly check steak pizza the pizza wasn't even ready when I ordered it my Uber driver got there and had to wait for the pizza to be baked this is a shifty gas station they never do anything right do not go here and they don't have a fone for you to call them and reach them SMH

I just paid $10 in gas I go out to pump it the lady talking about she cut the pump on before I went outside I go to the pump I can't even pump my gas

I just left out the store around 1:30 I almost got beat up by the Hispanic lady behind register and african American lady with locs for askin was the cookies salted caramel!!!be careful and make sure u have protection !!This store was unprofessional and the workers cursed me out and my mom out(a preachers wife)Then white guy Mark is the manager was there the whole time?they truly need a new staff before someone gets hurt …this whole situation could’ve went left but I decided to leave and not purchase anything!!!i will never ever step foot back in there …one of the worse experiences of my life and for my Christian mom to be cursed out for no reason

I came up there trying to get a job and the assistant manager got me doing the run around and she wants to get rude with me about coming up there to get a job. I never thought I would get this disrespected when it came to get a job here and one of the employees was laughing when I came up there again she asked me why she keep coming up here ! They store manger never there and I’m never coming up there for no job.

I'm a manager for 7 eleven in myrtle beach. This location is probably the worst ones I've been too. The employees are super lazy and have nasty attitudes. I came in at 8p.m. on a friday and was told they closed the lottery for the night.This has happened repeatedly everytime I go since I've been here. I know for a fact that under your contract with the sc lottery you are required to run lottery until the cut off time. Not when you feel like it. Store is a mess. There are multiple people on the floor but still there are expired merchandise on the shelf. Instead of them inviting their friends to their place of work and locking doors during business hours maybe they should actually do their job and the store managers and shift leads should enforce it. Wont come back here for any reason. Give the company a bad rep. Easiest job in the world but being lazy makes it harder. Good luck

I placed an order for delivery. I realize it was later in the day, around 5 pm. I ordered 4 hotdogs. When I tell you I was absolutely floored by what I actually received, im not joking. 2 hotdogs were so burned they were black. 2 were cold like they took them out of the freezer and maybe let them sit out a few minutes. And the two cold hotdogs were wrapped in a paper bag that was wet because the hotdogs were cold. I have pics. I have always lived by the rule if I won't eat it , I'm not going to force it on anyone else. And if you don't want to work, stay home.

This WAS my favorite gas station near my home, until they started closing the store whenever they want, which is always when I need them to be open. It still says "24 hours" on Google by the way.

There is NO reason for the cashier to have a nasty attitude when asking if they had a key to the bathroom. If she’s reading this, have better customer service.
