Very pleased with the service I receive on a regular basis however this branch REALLY NEEDS private offices for the financial advisors and personal bankers. There is 1 office for private business but when that office is busy, well, little privacy in the cubicles. NOT GOOD!!

I went to the branch after spending 4 hours total on the phone with customer service with no resolution. My banker, Chris, went way above and beyond to help me find a resolution to the problem. He handled an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation with the utmost professionalism and kindness!

Needed to send a last minute money wire and the branch manager was nice enough to squeeze me in between appointments and was very easy to work with!
