Returning packages to Amazon is normally why I visit any of the UPS Stores. The issue I have with the store in Lake Wylie is the location, it's nestled in with restaurants, so going anytime between 11:30-1pm, forget about it. I drive to the Gastonia location off Union, although there's a HT and restaurants, the in and out is much easier even during mid-day. Wishing Lake Wylie would move to an easily accessible location no matter the time of day.

This store has very friendly employees. Tina helped me and she was so nice! She took her time with me and didn’t try to rush me off. She asked about my day, how I was, and it wasn’t small talk. I could tell she really cared. Tina answered my questions I had about the materials and she let me know the options I had. I have shipped a lot and have gone to different stores, but my experience at this store was exceptional and I’ll continue going back. Hopefully Tina will be there to help me!

Always above and beyond customer service. The franchise owner is knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. Always have a notary on staff and eager to help. Much better here than anywhere else. Highly recommend.

UPS lake Wylie is way overcharging for stamps !!!!!
$.95 per stamp or $95/100
Vs usps post office $.68 per or$68/100
Clover post office verified stamps are only $.68 til July 1
Store told me they charged same as usps and did not check my bill til I left store
Went back , and manager said no refunds on stamps !!!!

Very very thankful for the professional, timely and friendly service, specifically from Heather, and the owner Nirav!
I am based in Los Angeles - needed spiral bound print job for local pickup near Lake Wylie. Heather took initial call advising all the details to send pdf directly to the store. The next day Nirav took my call, processed my order and payment which saved me time and money expediting my order personally at his store. VERY impressed and extremely thankful.
Highly recommend any print job you need done to be trusted by this team.

the man with the shaved head and receding natural hairline is the worst deliver driver ever. He pulled up to my house, honked the horn 3 times, knocked on my door, KEPT ringing my doorbell, knocked again, and drove off still hitting the horn. I thought someone wanted to rob me or break in the house. He had my dogs going crazy when I’m trying to get some work done. The delivery driver named Chris with the long hair would’ve NEVER done something like the bald man from today did, pls bring Chris back omg
