Had a very negative experience delivering a doordash order to this community. Arrived and gave identification and told the guard we were there to deliver a pizza, we showed him the order and the map on the screen as well as the recipient’s name and address. After checking the system to confirm, he came out and told us that the address we provided “did not exist” and he couldn’t let us in. We asked that he check again because we would like to deliver the food, and he said he checked 5 times and that address doesn’t exist. So we called the customer on speaker and asked him to confirm to the security guard that we were there with his food and he did because, duh. Suddenly, the address appeared! We were able to deliver the food but we couldn’t help but feel like it’s ridiculous that you either A) do not have a system for accepting deliveries seamlessly which is silly, or B) you profiled my boyfriend and lied to him, which is clearly what happened. Don’t have the name of the guard but he was not courteous respectful or professional like it says on your patrol cars.

The quarterly dues have increased from 440 to 521 in just 5 years. Good people great place but fees are getting to high.
