Had two men pickup kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, microwave, and other great items. Tristan was extremely rude and seemed ungrateful for the donations. The other guy also mentioned to me how upset the lady in charge was going to be with all the cabinets because they have nowhere to store them. I thought I was doing something good by donating great items, but felt like I was doing everyone a disservice. So unprofessional and RUDE!

New owners have about doubled all the old prices. Not worth visiting anymore, I see things that have been there for weeks with no price reductions. Some items even have pictures of eBay listings

I used to love shopping here but the prices have gotten insane. They also list their items on ebay now so all the decent items go there. The same items will sit on the shelves for months because of how overpriced they are. Do not recommend shopping here.

Be careful with purchasing "Box Springs". I paid $90 for a full size and it collapsed. There are no springs, it's just a box. Total waste of $90. Sent a message to let them know and they haven't responded yet.

Had a pickup of furniture and my donations, drivers were great, very friendly, thanked me for the donations, hope to visit the store soon, thank you .

I too had the same experience as the last post about the rudeness of the older women behind the counter. I asked how much something was and when flipping the item around I did see the price and told her I didn't want it and she goes well then you will have to put it back in the most rudest way. I didn't have a problem putting it back but was just the way she said it. She needs a talking too about customer service! Won't be returning to that store!

Have been going to this store for years and up to this point have liked it and recommended it to friends when they were looking for items. Cannot do this anymore and cannot in good conscience continue to come here and spend our money.
The elderly lady working the register has to be one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered working retail. She was extremely rude in the way she talked to me and my teenage son and at one point took the items we wished to buy and slammed them down on the counter. She had no idea what anything costs in the store and just charged us what she thought it should cost. Come to find out she severely overcharged us for everything. This ladies extreme rudeness has put me off from even returning to this store.

They have a four year old elliptical from Gold's gym that they have priced according to the current price for a new one. It was marked 179.00 original sale price and they want 150.00, because Walmart has the new one for 320.00 so this is how and why they justify the price. The sales person was unreasonable and rude.

An employee at this store falsely accused me of “vaping” inside while I was using my inhaler in the middle of a sudden asthma flare-up. I assume what she saw as vapor was a spritz of albuterol from my prescribed inhaler as I was testing to see if it was still functional. Not only was I wrongly accused, she was incredibly rude and sarcastic about it as well. Extremely upsetting.

The Staff is awesome at this store. Really nice people...great place to look around, you Never know what you might just find...
