Their new voicemail system leaves little to be desired. You cannot get anyone on the phone in the pharmacy anymore. Even if you have an urgent need for a medication to be transferred out they will not help you and will take > 6 hrs to send it to the new pharmacy. They are rude and will be transferring my business elsewhere.

Everything you need for health care plus the essentials regarding drinks and snacks. It's fun to look through their seasonal items. I get all my prescriptions filled here.

Calling to see if a prescription is ready. Automated system never works for this med. On hold for 47 min to see if a med is ready that I’m supposed to be getting a text notification for (I get them 1/2 the time.) Then I literally get hung up on after waiting on hold almost a hour!!!!This has been happening a lot lately. My husband has to come in the evenings after work to wait in your mile long drive through line only to be told it’s not ready. Unbelievable

I sat until about 10 mins past my appointment time with the Minute Clinic, and went over the pharmacist to ask when they could assist me. She said the minute clinic is closed today due to staffing. I'm sick and I have an appointment! Could they have let me know!

Had to leave this CVS due to lack of service. Pharmacy was just too busy or short staffed or both. I joined Extra Care to get delivery of my meds to avoid going to CVS, then even the delivery became a failure. You call the pharmacy to get delivery straightened out to long holds and then no resolution. I would end of going to pick up mu meds after paying for delivery. Tried Minute Clinic when it first started, that was a fail also. Much happier at another pharmacy.

I just want to say I couldn't be more pleased with CVS Lake Wylie, & I am only about to pick up for my 2nd time after being a CVS, Town of Clover customer for 5 years! The Clover people were very nice, but I had endured their incompetence too long. My pickup dates used to be synced every 28 days, now 10 days apart, & I am not kidding when I say 3 months ago, they filled one single dose that is not even close to the right medicine! LW is closer, so I don't know why I ever used Clover anyway, let's go with traffic lol. Thank you CVS Lake Wylie, I look forward to being a very simple, two medication patron of yours for the foreseeable future!JRB

This pharmacy is terrible, cvs use to be good but now I try to avoid. This is the only one that has the one I need. Since insurance does not cover I have to each time argue about food rx price, the lines are forever long, simple task seems to take forever. Team is rude and seem to hate talking to people.
