They could file taxes like they are supposed to so you don't end up owing the government excessive fines and fees from their ineptness. I was advised that a filing waiver had been applied for only to learn that it had not, as well as told that my taxes were filed online to once again learn they had not. No offer to assist in reconciling the mess they created.

Use at your own risk! If you want the IRS and State harassing you because your CPA assured you that your taxes were filed and later learn that they were never filed, then use Bordeaux & Bordeaux, or whatever they have changed their company name to at the time. I asked for assistance and proof of electronic filing after receiving letters from the State Department of Revenue, but was told they changed computer systems and no longer had that information and everything I needed should be accessible on my file. They never offered any assistance and left me with a lot of fees and penalties for their mistake. Terrible customer service!
