I went in to have a verification notarized stating I was the person on the document and that I verified it as true. They told me because it pertained to real estate they could not notarize it. I don't know if this is branch or state (SC) specific, but at other Wells Fargo locations in NC and TX both I have had deeds, lawsuits, corrected property line plats notarized through Wells Fargo. All of these other documents related to real estate, so there should have been no issue. Clearly there is a lack of cohesion when it comes to policy which is quite alarming when it comes to a bank... I was reminded why I keep my Roth IRA, savings and checking with Chase. I went to Chase right down the street and had no issues.

I was out of town, but I stopped in on a late Friday afternoon to deposit a check before the weekend. I was in a hurry, but the teller, Libby, told me about a promotion that I should consider. I told her I was in a hurry, but she insisted that I hear her out. I am so glad that I did because her advice paid off greatly. While I didn’t have time to do it then, she told me what I needed to do the following week to take advantage of the new rate. Libby was very professional and courteous. She should be commended. Thanks Libby.

Pathetically poor customer service. I just attempted to make a drive up deposit at 11:45 with no one else in line at ANY lane. And because only 1 teller was working (not) and another just standing around, it took 15 minutes plus!

After over 4 weeks and multiple over promise and under deliver I am still waiting for Wells Fargo Advisor team to complete and IRA transaction. Terrible communication and when there has been any communication it has been incorrect. Apparently there is a staffing issue?

This locations ATM and the one in hearrtwell village consistently dont allow me to deposit money. I get paid in cash sometimes for work and like the last four times I’ve gone to deposit here it has not worked it said unavailable. It’s even more annoying when you drive to the next closest location and it’s also not available. It’s to the point where I have head to open up an account with Chase because I can no longer trust them to allow me to make a cash deposit so that I could pay rent on time.

Wells Fargo wouldn't cash a check from my boss cause his wife and him have a join checking accountMy boss has even been not allowed to withdrawal from his own account this is the 5th time we have gone through problems with THE SAME LADY NAMED LIBBY white haired old woman EVERY other work cashes our checks no problem
