Pre-approval requires 5-15 days. When did the doctor submit the request to Baptist Easley? 15 days ago. When did Baptist Easley submit it to the insurance? 4 days ago. Waste of time and money and mental health.

There is something wrong when the first words out of the mouths of the front desk people is about insurance. They do not care about your health so don’t waste your time. They would not even take my blood pressure when I walked in one day with chest pains. They wanted to charge me $75 for a follow-up visit and that was with insurance!

Caitlin Jordan, FNP is simply amazing. She is so compassionate and truly loves her patients. She takes time to listen, and goes above and beyond in her care. Every time I have ever gone to her with a concern, she makes sure it’s resolved, or refers me to the appropriate specialist. She is the best!!!

Kaitlyn Jordan is the BEST all the way around! I'm so glad I was fortunate enough to be seen by her when I was looking for a new physician.

I had an appointment @2:45, came in on time. After sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes, I finally get called back. Just to sit for longer in the room I was assigned. Different nurses repeatedly telling me I was “gonna get called back soon”. Usually i’m in and out, but this was just awful. Thanks Prisma Health in Clemson.

Just started seeing Ms Jordan, APN as my Primary Care Physician along with my wife and it was a great experience. Had swapped from a provider in Greenville due to vicinity, but will stay for the service. Felt like a much more personable experience than previous offices which sometimes felt more like an assembly line. Hope they can keep this up!

My husband needed a PCP and after searching for competent physicians in the area, we found Dr. Tolan @ Clemson Primary Care. Great experience from the time we walked in the front door. The receptionist offered a warm greeting as we entered the office and promptly gathered the necessary information and sent us on our way to the waiting area. Once in the waiting area, we were there less than 5 minutes until we were taken to the exam room. Once in the exam room and after the medical information was entered into the system, the wait for Dr. Tolan was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Tolan's / Clemson Primary Care staff (Channon, CMA (AAMA) and Sammie, CMA (AAMA)) are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Tolan gives you his professional, medical advice/opinion and then allows you to choose what is right for you. He respects your rights as a patient. Dr. Tolan is also very thorough, something that you don't see in all physicians. Glad that we found Dr. Tolan and Clemson Primary Care.

Today was the final straw for myself and my family. Received a call ( less than 2 hours prior) canceling our appointments which were made at least 1 1/2 weeks ago to receive our flu vaccines. I do not think I would ever be allowed nor would I want to cancel an appt with such short notice. I was told they were ‘out of the vaccine’ and would need to reschedule. My husband had blocked this scheduled time out of his full work schedule to get the vaccine. I reminded the caller that I am a high risk immunocompromised patient to which the caller responded that they were out of vaccine for people my age. Oh, so you are Not Out of Vaccine?!? I am supportive of quality care for our elderly population. However, this made me aware that they are indeed NOT out of vaccine and are making poor medical care choices by not caring for and protecting high risk patients. As I stood up for myself in a direct but professional manner the caller asked me if I always spoke this way to her. As she asked this, her coworker did not hide her laughing in the background. I only get direct when I am fighting to protect my life during times when my medical care team should be advocating for me. Sad and disappointing. This is not the first time this practice has made poor choices in our medical care. May be a staffing or miscommunication issue, but if It means we are unable to get much needed quality care it is a huge problem.
