Pet Care

Animal House Veterinary Hospital
976 Tiger Blvd, ClemsonI'm new to the Animal House family after the random cat distribution system assigned me a kitten. I have been very pleased so far with the kindness of the staff & Dr. Turner. The prices are also very reasonable.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Roller Mills Smokehouse
323 Old Greenville Hwy, ClemsonThe pulled pork is DELISH! Lots of great flavors and the pork is tender and moist and still holds flavor and moisture after microwaving for lunch the next day! I didn’t try the sauces, I like the pork to have enough flavor on its own and this DOES! Can’t wait to try some brisket once he opens his permanent location!

Your Pie Pizza - Clemson Downtown
111 Earle St Ste. E, ClemsonHot and fresh pizza made to order before your eyes and baked in a brick oven is hard to beat. Haylee made my daughter and I delicious pies, Keyanna let me know about signing up for the app to receive a complimentary pizza on our next visit, and the manager Isaac couldn’t have been friendlier.
Everyone treated us with respect and were kind to my daughter which goes a very long way with me. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and is tucked away in a nice location in Clemson, SC.
Price point was fair for the quality rendered. The crust was perfect and topping proportions were great!
Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a place to take kids for a meal as they offer the excess dough to the children to play with while they wait. My daughter had a blast practicing her dough stretching skills.

TAPS Bar & Café
157 Old Greenville Hwy, ClemsonThe staff is extremely friendly. Nice little bar area in the lobby. Rooms were big (I stayed in a King Suite) and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and the stadium, so I didn't have to drive around to find parking to eat...just walked downtown from the Abernathy. Was a little loud until about 10:30 pm because it's across the street from the intramural fields, but that was also part of the awesomeness. If you want to feel the college experience, stay at this place!

Groucho's Deli
104 Fendley St, ClemsonWe enjoyed our sandwiches. However, we had to sit in the blazing hot sun outside because we had a dog with us. All the shade was taken.

SunnySide Cafe
101 Market Street, ClemsonThe food was good, and our server was friendly and helpful. However, I wasn’t a huge fan of the batter used for the gluten-free French toast it just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. A mimosa alongside would have made it perfect, adding a little extra to the experience!

Clemson Wine Bar
149 Thomas Green Blvd, ClemsonOh my, this little place is very good. The bar staff is friendly and attentive, the menu is great for a wine bar.
Their kitchen is apparently ready and "on the ball".
We had their delicious Hummus, Lobster ravioli, mushroom ravioli too.
Very impressed!

Pot Belly Deli
109 Wall St, ClemsonThe toppings of my breakfast burrito all gathered in one end of it, making it a meh for me. The hash browns were served in a plastic to go container instead of on the plate, which didn’t change the taste but impacted the aesthetic. Hubs got the sandwich with the hash browns ON it and he was quite pleased, so that seems to be the way to go. Will go again as I’m thinking order error contributed to this 4 star experience.
