He kept us entertained while we waited for my phone to port over & he also made sure our new phones were backed up with the old phones data. He even helped us with AT&T Fiber but unfortunately our area does not receive it. I belive his name was Brian, African American guy with glasses. He was great and made sure we got what we asked for. “We were a victim of a hacker. They hacked our account and bought a new iPhone on our account. Called Verizon customer service, talked to Fraud Department, they ended up completely screwing up our account by unregistering our phones and we couldn't even call them or get into our account online. I went into the Clemson store and Mason went way above and beyond to help me clear things up and get our phones registered and access to our account. Thank you SO much Mason! I was at a complete loss and totally frustrated. He made my week.”
