This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life and I will have all of my accounts removed along with my family's accounts moved to truist. The guy with glasses is the worst employee ever and has the most negative attitude I've ever seen. He should be fired for talking to people the way he does.

UPDATE:First Citizens Bank credited my father’s account; just a little leg work on my part but well worth it! Thank you for listening FCB! Folks they do care!!!My father, Mr. Marcell Oglesby has been a loyal customer since 1965 in Central SC. My dad’s company, Oglesby Brother’s Construction was also a major customer. My father is now elderly at 83 and has lost his sight. It’s unfortunate but my only sibling, his daughter has taken advantage of his physical condition and stole his First Citizens debit card and PIN number and went on a drug infested spree and compromised his checking account and the following other creditors: Lowe’s Home Improvement, Capital One Walmart, Capital One Quick Silver, Dillard’s American Express, Tractor Supply, JCPenney Master CardShe does not reside at his address but she did come here with the intent of helping care for him. And while doing so and unbeknownst to he or I, she stole these cards, used them and put them back in his wallet. It has been the worst possible situation but I filed a police report with the Pickens County Sheriff’s department (Detective Brian Byers). In addition I’ve had to submit fraud claims due to her stealing his credit and bank cards, and used them without his authorization or knowledge. All creditors listed above are approving the fraud claims, except First Citizens. Their denial states that since she had the PIN number that it is a domestic issue. This is an unacceptable response since she acquired this card and the others without his knowledge or authorization. And that my father is blind and can’t see what is or is not. Fact- a long time customer even through the acquisitions, he has been loyal. Make this terrible wrong right by my father.

this bank is absolutely terrible. the people at the Clemson branch are great, its not their fault the bank they work for is bad. the website and mobile banking app barely work. they shut down for several hours almost weekly lately. its an immense struggle to transfer money online, even to another FCB customer. the customer care center employees seem to be very poorly trained and treat you like a moron if you have to contact them for help. in almost ten years of banking they have rarely successfully fixed an issue for me, and there have been plenty. it takes much longer for any transactions to go through than it does at any other bank. for example it will take days for certain bills to appear in their banking system. they will randomly push through a week late. if i contact them they cant see anything on their end either. this bank has cost me time and money on a regular basis and i am so glad i found a better institution to start my business accounts and switch my personal banking to. avoid this bank at all costs if you actually use your bank. if you just need a friendly place to keep money and don't need to rely on it at all, then sure. the employees are wonderful. but otherwise, look elsewhere.

The worst bank I have ever used! New online banking is horrible, I've had a lot of changes and misplaced money that just seems to disappear and reappear out of nowhere.. Not happy with it at all...
