This office is amazing! From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants to Dr. Chen the service is top-notch. I was warmly welcomed at both appointments. Very little to no wait. Scheduling was quick and easy and they are great with appointment reminders and making sure the patient is aware of any financial expectations prior to their appointment. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and efficient in her practice … and she does it all with a continuous smile on her face. I experienced very minimal discomfort during the procedure. Her bedside manner is impeccable! She and the staff have a very calming, yet warm presence and make you feel like you are their only/top priority. If you have to go to an endodontist, will not find a better practice!

My root canal experience was amazing! The Dr was amazing with numbing me up because I have anxiety about that due to previous doctors but I barely felt a thing thanks to how they do it! They used this dam thing to block the rest of my mouth and no nasty fluids or chunks got in my mouth which is wonderful because yuck! He took his time making sure I was comfortable and he did my root canal in just under an hour and it barely felt like twenty minutes thanks to the laughing gas! If I ever need another root canal this is the only place I want to go!

Dr. Pfister really knows what he is doing and saved my tooth. They have up to date equipment. The staff is great and so nice.

Friendly pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Nurse was wonderful and compassionate. Dr Pfister was very nice, professional and made me feel comfortable. After care and concern was exceptional.

My company just changed insurance provider as of January 1, 2022. I relayed this and even give the phone number and email of the new provider to The front lady, I believe her name was Renee. She offered NO HELP in contacting the insurance company and finding out how much they would pay. I had to pay the full amount and she said she would file with the insurance company and they would reimburse me. I was expecting to pay 20% since I knew my new company paid 80%. Not good customer service!!Dr. Pfister and the rest of the staff was wonderful!!

I was referred to Dr. Pfister from my dentist . Renae the receptionist is very inconsiderate of anyone's concerns. I kept asking her what could I expect and she passed it off as nothing ,it was just a consultation. The Tech Rhonda seemed as if she was just wanting to get to the next person. She came in and never introduced herself I had to ask her what her name was. She appeared as she was in a huge hurry. She inserted the object into my mouth very forcefully and kept insisting I bite down. I explained to her I couldn't. I mentioned to her I do apologize ,however ,my mouth is very small. She then proceeds to ask the receptionist for assistance. She comes in like she is going to save the day and shoves this camera further into my mouth making me gag. She then retracts it out of my mouth and attempts to do it again. They had no sympathy or anything for what I was feeling or to the fact she was about to make me sick. I would not refer anyone here,they do not have compassion.

This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a dental professional. The staff was warm and friendly and Dr. Pfister was gentle yet very detailed in his treatment. Not at all what you expect from a root canal. I could have almost fallen asleep. Had absolutely no pain afterwards as well. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Pfister. It’s not what you’d normally say about a dental visit, but it was a wonderful experience! It’s a very nice, hi-tech office with an extra courteous staff...I mean, sooo friendly and I appreciate that. I actually fell asleep during a root canal! I would recommend this office over and over. They exceeded any expectation I had.
