Hotel has been amazing with the car break-ins at apartment. My anxiety was through the roof. Austin and staff have been fantastic during a very troubling and scary time for our apartment community.Thank you for all your team does.

While this is a very convenient hotel for the reason I visit Clemson several times a year, I’ve found this stay to be terribly concerning. Firstly, my clothes had been touched which I found very odd since they weren’t in the way of cleaning. Secondly, they come into the room to make the beds but no vacuuming has been done since arriving and this I know because my job gets wood shavings stuck into my pants and shoes and therefore I see how dirty the floor is. The bedsheets were also on the bed wrong. Among a few other oddities, the most disturbing was my toothbrush and other dental tools being moved (tossed I would call it) in order to put their stupid shampoos on that little tray. I am disgusted that someone not only touched my personal items like that but did it in such a rude and obvious way.Rooms: Dirty

It's not a bad hotel. I was disappointed to find hair in the bathroom and on some of the towels though. The location is not bad. The front desk people were pretty cool. They have a pretty decent selection of breakfast in the morning. All in all it was okay. But there's definitely room for improvement.

Booked the whirlpool suite for our birthday and was turned away after already paying because we live less than 30 miles away. Not sure why it matters how far I live and nobody could seem to explain it. Thanks for ruining part of our bday.

Austin was great on check in. Beds super comfy, great water pressure. Delicious breakfast and super clean hotel. Highly recommend.

My husband stayed here for a business trip and found bed bugs in the bed. Do not recommend.

Rooms were nice and clean, the pool was well kept, and breakfast was a nice variety and well stocked.

Clean rooms, they have a workout room, a pool opened at dawn closes at dusk. Staff was great and they let me check in early.Rooms: Clean, big, and plenty of areas to sit besides on the bed.

Very disappointed with this location. The front desk and management for this location were the upmost rudest people in South Carolina, especially the overnight clerk. They have no business running a hotel. Very dirty, service is terrible. I don't recommend this place...stay away from this hotel. For the price, it is not worth it.

Indoor pool was absolutely filthy . Microwave did work correctly in room. Work out room was dirty.
