I just had the greatest conversation with a person named Natasha who helped me with a new credit card being delivered to another address where I am staying. She was fantastic, verified my information and took care of my issue immediately. This is why I deal with Chase. What a great employee to have at Chase.

Finally I don't have to drive to Georgia or North Carolina anymore!! This is a beautiful bank with outstanding people. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Tim and he got to work right away. Thank goodness good people still roam the Earth.
