Went there late and was told was closed to walk-ins so asked if they knew something I could take and the sweet receptionist said would check with a nurse. She returned and said they would work me in to see a doctor. After tests were taken they said I had COVID and gave me a prescription and other medicines. They gave me excellent service after their closing hours, which was awesome.

This was my first time going to an urgent care. And I have to say my experience with this one in particular at least was pure positive. From the intake employee, to the nurse, and ultimately to Shazia Siddiqui, MD. Indeed, it was the nurse, who by observation, noticed that the swelling of my knee which was my complaint and reason for going to urgent care, actually involved more than just the knee and the entire leg was substantially swollen, which I had noticed but had not had an opportunity to say anything. She then advised that they would take some blood work to rule out a blood clot which could be the cause of that much swelling. The doctor came in and was very cordial and pleasant and also agreed with the nurse. The blood draw was without incident and the results did indicate the possibility of a blood clot and their concern was genuine. The doctor did have several x-rays taken prior to completing my visit. At the completion of my visit the doctor requested that I go straight to the ER due to their having the scanning machines available that Urgent Care did not. She stressed that I not deviate and go straight to the ER and again, her concern did not seem false, but was real and as I said, genuine.

3rd times I've been there... each time 2 to 3 hour wait. Won't be back. I'll use Walgreens or some place else

Today I am sitting here for the last time waiting of course. The nurse was rude from the start. Then when she swabbed my child’s throat she only touched the side of her throat (not the back) and it reads online that you have to touch the back of the throat; in the places the throat is red. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! This is my updated review.I have visited here 3 times and each and every time they’ve not been very busy at all. Yet that doesn’t even matter; it takes them far too long to literally have not one car in the parking lot. I don’t understand why for real!!

I came in with a broken foot on a Sunday and it took 2 and a half hours for me to get results and be sent home, even though the location seemed to be empty. The only nice people that spoke to me was the receptionist and the girl that took my x-rays. The woman who gave me my walking boot and crutches was beyond rude to me and showed zero compassion to a crying college student who is 14 hours away from home with a broken foot. The actual doctor saw me for a total of 3 minutes and then told me she would be sending a referral to an orthopedic surgeon in Seneca. It’s now tuesday and I still have yet to hear anything from the referral so I called today to check. Whatever phone number, that is connected to this location, took me 20 minutes to find out where my referral got sent to after being spoken to rudely on the phone. Turns out the location of where my referral was sent to is actually in Anderson? I would really like to know why in person I was told one thing but over the phone I was told another. I will never be returning to this urgent care again.

I don’t have a PCP, I have seen Doctor Jordan 3 times. He has helped me through my workers comp injury, he is calm and is a great listener. My MRI and appointment with a neurosurgeon has gone without and hitch.

The ladies and Dr Jones were very caring and attentive . They listened to me and were sympathetic Dr explained things to me and answered all my questions.Highly recommend.

At AmMed Care Connect-Clemson the staff there were very friendly and helpful and check in was very simple and very smooth. And the doctor very friendly and very knowledgeable about getting the right diagnosis and medicine for my illness. My overall experience was very pleasant and great ?

I went in Saturday morning and their hours were from 10:00 to maybe 6:00? They were polite prompt and the medications were called in immediately. so I stopped by the pharmacy and got everything in one trip. They are the best organized business that I have ever dealt with. highly recommend.jpc
