My iPhone 10s wasn’t holding a charge, so I went there to have a new battery installed. Employee was friendly and helpful. I just did it today so can’t speak to the battery’s quality, but it has a 6-mo warranty.

I love using Batteries Plus for the things I need around my home! The Batteries Plus in Clemson SC has always had wonderful customer service and the associates that I've had dealings with have always been knowledgeable as well as super friendly!

Great customer service as well as repair execution! The sales representative was able to fix my iPhone after two other locations (one in Greenville & one in Pickens county) were unable to complete the repair.
I would use their service again and I would recommend my friends to do so as well!
