“I use to hate to go inside of the branch but last week I decided to go inside and speak with someone and I'm glad I did. I had Ms. Walker and I was very pleased. I know i can be a bit difficult but she was so calm and patient with me. She took care all my needs and also allowed me to know some offers I was missing out on. She was not pushing anything on me which I was very glad of. She made my bank experience extremely comfortable and also kept me from closing my accounts and ending my relationship with them. Only thing I wish they do is open the windows back up. Other than that thank you Ms. Walker for my inside experience at this branch.”

After the atm in Evans ate my money (a few times) I always go to the drive thru now and deposit my cash/checks.The drive thru tellers are so professional and very speedy with transactions. “I have had two car loans with SRP in the last few years. I decided recently that I should consider moving my accounts from Wells Fargo to SRP since I’ve had nothing but a great experience. SRP has always given me great service when handling my car loans and I was not disappointed when I went in this week to move my accounts over. SRP allowed me to open my accounts online which made the experience very simple. I went into the bank this week after scheduling an appointment online and the assistant manager of the Edgefield Rd branch assisted me. I was blown away with how she was able to print me a debit card while I sat there! Super awesome!! She answered all of my questions and really helped me feel comfortable as I am transitioning my accounts over. Thanks SRP! I really appreciate you guys.”
