Representative claiming to be manager by the name of Iesha reflected very poor customer service qualities. While in the store purchasing tobacco products she asked me verbally for my DOB, I had my wallet open and ready to reveal ID but I verbally gave my DOB. She entered it in waited a moment then asked to see my ID I then showed her my identification and she looked at it, then at me, and demanded me to take it out. After doing what she asked she perched her lips then shook her head. I asked her if there was a problem and she stated "yes you". I said excuse me and she said "you and your attitude." Amazed I simply said thank you Iesha and she said yes that's my name I am the manager phone number 803-XXX-XXXX. Assuming she has to go through this often. If this is the case that reflect poorly on the company's actions and hiring steps. From the moment I stepped in the door she reflected absolutely no communication skills, terrible customer service skills, and absolutely no managerial qualities. Due to this I will never use this store located in Chester SC again.
