If I could give this 0 stars I would. The store itself is clean. However the lady's bathroom is horrible there is a sink on the ground and the smell is unbearable. I worked at roses in Chester for around two weeks. I had a medical emergency told my manager Pam she said I didn't give her enough time and stated that I was fine the day before. I felt like it was rude to ask for me to find coverage when I had to take an ambulance to the hospital. When I got back I didn't hear anything from her. I received no shifts or anything. I checked in with other employees and the same happened to them. There machines are also old and tell us to give back the wrong change. As well as our schedules are on paper and communication is horrible. I recommend not working here even if you need money they give you maybe 3hrs a week and you make 9$ an hour. Thank you

I just wanted to thank Cathy the manager at the Chester,SC store. She handled our situation in a very professional manner. She was very polite and understanding. My family will definitely continue shopping there.

My shopping exp was ok. I did not understand why the supervisor told a lady in front of me that she would rec a credit for a return she made without a receipt but she had to use it that day before the store closed. It was almost 4pm. She had a baby with her and was obviously exhausted. Thought that was unfair. I reached out to the Roses corporate office who would not return my call or message. The store would not provide anything in writing. Be sure to shop where the business is fair to you.
