My experience with H&R Block has always been nothing but pleasant and the tax pro Wanda Stroud is excellent and very patient. I could not ask for a better person. She was already done with most of my things when I walked in the office.

Their doors be locked at 5:30PM when it states they close at 6PM. I feel as though if it states they close at 6PM that's when doors should lock. Went today and the lady stated we close at 6PM, okay so why I cant come in to do my taxes and it's only 5:30PM....

I will never use them again. Everytime I try to contact them cause I have not received my taxes yet. They same the same thing. Contact the IRS. They charge to much to not offer help after the taxes are prepared...
