This place is a joke Wednesday night I came to pick up my meds , I was in the parking lot for 20mins waiting on my meds. This lady whip up quick beside me hit my car multiple times with her car door. I ask them to pull the cameras outside they stated they didn't have outdoor cameras.Come to find out it was the assistant manager Wendy who was not in any kind of uniform dressed like she had just woken up out the bed. I called the law of course nothing was done she act as of she ever hit my car. Then told me that I was ban from the store. I will be going to higher up to make sure she is fired and that this will not happen to someone else. How this whole situation was handled was so unprofessional. I have been using this pharmacy for a while. This is how there customers get treated. How do you get ban from somewhere when you're the victim make it make sense.

Really appreciate the ones that help us every time we go in. Wanted to do the survey on my receipt, but I don'like having to put some info that is asked for. I have a CVS card and wish that account would be used to give survey instead of another site to join.

At the time of my checkout on June 14, 2023, the cashier was on a required conference call. She did her best to take care of me, no complaints against her. I do find it highly insulting that CVS would require an employee assigned to the checkout to participate in a conference call while customers are expecting service. How can you expect either attention is being to the conference call, and attention is being given to the customer. BOTH EXPECTATIONS SUFFER. Treat your employees and customers with more respect than this.

We stopped @8:20 on Sunday when they close @9:00 and they wouldn't let us in. The guy inside said" I'm the only one here" funny because they were two guys at the counter. Trash location

It's ridiculous everytime I go to the drive thru its closed. I had a pickup last Tuesday and had to go in because they had a sign out that the drive thru was closed until 6 p.m. (it was about 1 p.m.) then after waiting in line for almost 30 mins someone came to the drive thru and they gave them their prescription. Today I went for a test that I set up online for 10: 30 a.m. and the drive thru was closed until 11 a.m. Like what????? I came back at 12 and they were still closed,with the same sign (pictured). I had to go inside and the pharmacist was talking to a customer and then went back to the back and didn't say anything.

Not a very good pharmacy 2 weeks ago they told me to bring him back for covid booster.. got there at 11:30 this morning.. not a soul but us in store .. no one at drive thru yet says we need appointment.. yet that wasnt mentioned 2 weeks ago.... my husband is a disabled veteran and its hard enough getting him out of the house.. they want people to get these things then are rude and make it impossible!!! Its hell we have to go to Columbia for a booster .. This is one of the reasons no one shops in Chester!!!

We recently moved here from Fort Mill South Carolina and everybody at the Chester store has been nothing but accommodating and nice to me I haven't had any issues at all so far.

It just seems to me if your Doctor sends over your prescription and they don't have it in stock and it's going to be 3 days before they have it i feel like a phone call should be place to give you an opportunity to go some where else to get your meds. They will call to let you know you have meds to pick up, but won't call to let you know they don't have your meds in stock so they will just make you wait 3 days when there is another option. And the staff is rude!

This so called store has done nothing but mess my whole family meds up every time a scripted comes due they all ways has a story of how its not there fault that they keep dropping the ball i would rather waist gas going to a real store in rock hill so cvs of Chester sucks
