An incredible group of people work at this facility who help animals in distress. They are such kindhearted animal lovers to go out of their way to give comfort to dogs and cats in need. I highly recommend you go here to adopt her next pet! Prices are very low and people are great!

Horrible service. I called about some stray cats & was told there was nothing they could do about it but took my number and said she would call me back. I am still waiting on the call…..if I could take away the one star, I would.

Completely disappointed. Animal control is SUPPOSED to be there for animals, instead they just leave people hanging and don’t care. This is absolutely sad at how Chester county animal control handles things. I’m disgusted at their response to someone dropping pigs off on us, no help AT ALL. I adopted a dog from them today. They seem to be caring people. The adoption process was good. They made sure the new dog and my present dog were compatible. My new boy is clean and seems healthy and happy. They gave me his vaccination documentation and heartworm meds for this month and next month, and made sure I'd treat him with flea and tick meds today. He is a sweet boy. Already neutered and microchipped.
