“Carroll Dawkins runs an amazing gym. He keeps it clean. He's a great personal trainer, who is truly gifted at what he does. There are classes available for all ages early morning, mid morning and evenings.”
“Gym is so clean, and spacious. When working out it does not feel like you're on top of the person next to you. There is enough equipment to go around. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Even when they're not on the clock. Bathroom/shower stay clean and stocked. Not to mention the classes they do, all type even for kids ages 5-12.”
“Staff here was wonderful. Our event turned out great, and we had plenty of space. The temperature inside was cool despite the outside temperature being in the high 90's. The price was a bit steep, but that is the only thing I can think of that would hold us back from using again.”

“Very nice place to workout. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Equipment is in working order. They provide cleaning wipes for the machines. The sales people were not pushy. Let me try to a week before I joined. Happy I joined.”
