“Great store! Very friendly staff. I had an issue with a necklace I received as a gift from my mother. They sent it back to be fixed, no problem. It took a long time which should be expected. But sadly it broke a day after getting it back. I was so sad returning to the store with the necklace. They were accommodating in that I wanted a necklace, but didn't want to repeat a vicious repair cycle so they allowed me to return the necklace and get a store credit. Thanks for your help ladies!”
“This place is so cute. Loved meeting Sheila, she's so sweet. We stopped by on our way back home & picked out a few Christmas decorations. My favorite is this cute hand painted gourd. I told her we'd call to tell her what the kids named him, but could get through. Hopefully she reads this review. The kids named him Gordon.”
