I don’t know anything about the pharmacy, but I called the front to ask about a product. My called was answered right away and so was my question and they were polite! I call a lot of places to ask about products before driving there and normally they ring forever and take a few minutes to get an simply answer to a question.

I have been a customer of CVS in Chesnee for 9+ years this is the second time in 3 months that a was treated very rudely by a pharmacy tech by the name of Nadasha and also the pharmacist was not very nice I'd hate to change pharmacy 's but when you don't feel well on top of it and people are rude it doesn't help

When I walked in there was no employees around, I made my way over to the braces and foot support area, while I was looking at the insoles an employee popped up asking me about the children running around the store asking if they were mine, when I said no she replied oh and walked away, then I went to the pharmacy to ask about the insoles and then pharmacist I spoke to was very rude and short worded. I spent about 10 mins looking for the first aid kits with no help from an associate, and then when I went to cash out there was no associate at the front. It was quite unpleasant and awkward.

They NEVER answer the phone I stayed on hold for 2 hrs and finally hung up. Why even be open or have 3 people standing around and the phones ringing off the hook. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.. it doesn’t even deserve one star…

So inept at getting prescriptions ready on time. On top of having to make multiple calls they've caused me to miss meds for days at a time. They're not as good as texting when meds are ready as they once were and sometimes text that a med is ready only to find out that it isn't after sitting in a long line. This was once a very dependable pharmacy but it's terrible now.

This pharmacy sucks.. the employees are morons at this location. This review is for Chesnee cvs only!! One problem after another. Always something stupid! Called management to complain and was hung up on. Will NEVER give CVS another penny because of latest interaction

Wow the attitude of the employees in the pharmacy is insane. I am so sorry that you have to do your job. Plus holding 20 minutes when you call the pharmacy and giving up because no one answered. This is consistent whenever Jonathan is the pharmacist on duty. The customer service is so poor, it is time for me to move to another pharmacy.

CVS in Chesnee was a very pleasant trip. Would definitely go back there more often. Cashier was exceptionally nice and made you feel very comfortable.

This is the first time I have dealt with someone so rude there. At times I talk to Amanda and she is so nice. I called to get the price of my mother's prescription and the girl gave me the total. She seemed to be very pleasant...at first. I then asked for the individual price. At first she was helpful but when I asked for the last scripts price. She said "I already gave you the whole price" we are busy, I have several people in line. Look I get it, I know you're busy I've seen it first hand, but for goodness sake leave out the sarcasm. You don't have to be rude. Just say" I'm sorry, I cant right now, I'm busy". You don't have to be sarcastic and say "I've already given you the whole price"....like I'm a child getting my hand slapped. It wasn't even that she raised her voice b/c she didn't, it's just the way she brought it across. Please learn how to communicate in a better way.

Horrible service. Told my husband that they was working on his prescription and he waited 45 min and they come back and say they can’t fill it. That happened on 3 different occasions.
