I didn't get a chance to even talk to the older gentleman, he was super rude. I was calling to ask if they could help with taking something that is brand new, and he ask me how much I would need and when I told him he cut me off right then and said
“I just don’t think i can do anything for you “. I was shocked at just how rude he was!
