So let me first say that I’ve had 2 experiences at T mobile at 2 different times and both times they have been great. The first with Sierra and the second with Javier and Logan. These folks know there product and go the extra mile to make sure our rural community has exceptional service. All the employees even not mentioned are quick to greet you as you walk in, professional and personable when dealing with your concern or problem. Thank you guys, I hope T mobile sees this and you all raises and promotions and not just pats on the back, great job!

I had the worst customer service with rep Brianna. She argued with me regarding my account. Refused to help with niece. With the 13 years I have been with tmobile this is the worst stores. And reps I have ever dealt with.

These people are the rudest people. They would rather call you a lier rather than go to the computer to check out what you are telling them. If this was the only t- mobile in the world I would never have t-mobile.
