They even told me the best suggestions like I had an iPhone 11 and it had got overheated really bad to the point where it wouldn’t turn on, but it was fully charged so they went ahead and said oh go ahead and get you a new 15 will get you a new iPad too so I got that and it’s really nice and I also got a discount for being there with Verizon for 15+ years and it’s really nice”
