10/10 Destiny was so sweet! The other two ladies (I can’t remember their names) but one is a manager. They we’re so helpful with switching over to them since the other service we had was nothing but a headache.

Why is it when you upgrade your phone you have to pay full price but if you a new customer you don't have to pay anything and I don't think that's fair!!!!

Walked into the store and was instantly happily greeted, the experience was very good. Great customer service! Not only did the employee help me but the manager made sure I was satisfied before leaving. HIGHLY recommend cricket wireless! The most friendly and helpful staff, ever!

Store manage by the name of monica is very unprofessional and rude she is not knowledgeable about store policy and advertisements or even just general knowledge and questions about a phone she is extremely disrespectful towards staff as well as customers and should not be in any management position

I came in to purchase TWO iphone xr and the store did not have the TWO phones in current stock the associate ordered the phones for me I received the email after about a week that both phones had arrived at the store I than was informed that one of the phones was sold to another customer I am very displeased with this type of service and no longer interested in being a cricket customer

Very poor service.Lots of dead zones. Cheraw office offered 5.00 discount for auto pay. When notice of pmt came I had no discount. Went to office and mgr said she made a mistake and misinformed me. I had unlimited talk, text, and data and for this plan discounts would not apply. I asked for adjustment and they said no. I feel their employees are poorly trained and not very concerned about customer service. I lost all my fees but went back to Verizon. If you are thinking about Cricket, do your homework.
