“I recently bought a very nice used car from Cheraw Chevrolet and was so impressed with the friendly, helpful folks there. I drove over 2.5 hours to get there and was immediately greeted with a smile by my sales agent, Issac. He was so patient and considerate while answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Issac really went above and beyond the usual service to ensure my satisfaction. Todd came over several times to assure me that the dealership would gladly work with me in any reasonable way to get me into my car. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics as it was left to me to take all of the time needed during the sales and trade process. Crystal was great during the financing end with her emphasis on my needs and budgeting while giving me a multitude of options, explaining each in detail. If you want to buy a new or used car and you don't like the usual high pressure, "hurry-up" sale routine, then I highly recommend the friendly, helpful folks at Cheraw Chevrolet. To me, a 5 star restaurant is one that I would drive 50-75 miles out of my way to eat there ..... since I gladly drove 150+ miles to see these fine folks, I suppose Cheraw Chevrolet qualifies as a 10 star dealership! You really need to check them out for all of your automotive needs.”
“My 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude vehicle sustained major damage (front end and passenger side) from an accident in July 2022.
