Massive lack of attention to detail. The carpet technician missed multiple spots and acted like he didn’t want to be doing the job. the carpeted staircase now looks splotchy where he only cleaned the top middle sections and a couple of the door frames are heavily gouged from them dragging the hose a crossed it. It’s sad that my Bissell had to do the rest of the job for them after paying 425 dollars. I guess my expectations were set a little too high. Nice people though.
