You should be embarrassed at how you claim you do good work. To keep a car for two months and still can't fix it. You paint the area of the car and if you open the trunk a different color.

Don't go here. Long story short:He said he could do the work and took my car in. The timeline he gave was two weeks. Didn't touch it for a month. Kept stalling for another month with very little work done. I could never get an update from him so every time I wanted to see how the work was coming had to drive over and go look for myself.Then he stopped answering my phone calls. I had to wait outside the shop for an hour for him to show up so that I could tell him I just wanted to get my car back. They barely put my car back together enough to where I can drive it. But I shouldn't have really expected much at this point. Just a horrible experience all around. Nice guy but he over promises, doesn't communicate and doesn't know how to run a business.Services: Body & Trim

Mr. Yates fixed my car last week for less than half of what other places quoted me. He is very nice and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Dropped my car off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday. He is busy so I had to follow up on my quote but I am glad I did! If I look close I can see some imperfections, sure, but I it's an old car and not worth top dollar to fix, so I am more than happy with the value I got.

I called Mr. Yates on a Thursday afternoon for an estimate to replace the front bumper on our car and by the same time the next day the work was done for a reasonable price. Bumper looks great, and he is kind, professional, and easy to reach.
