West Marine has it all, this store in particular! Everyone is not only friendly but helpful. Need that hard-core brand in a particular size - they'll get for you asap if it's not on the shelf! Frozen bait? Got it. Whatever you need, they have it on hand or will have it your hand faster than Amazon!

Friendly and helpful staff !Shout out to Luke for always helping me find the correct parts. He is very knowledgeable about all things boat, definitely seek him out if you have a tricky project to tackle.

Great store but one of the staff members Luke was very rude and aggressive towards me. I came in there looking for a a specific item and even had the part I needed but he kept insisting that the part I was looking for was wrong and I ended up leaving after he continued to argue with me about it.

I would not buy bait at this location. I bought a bunch of medium ballyhoo to save myself a trip to the tackle store. The baits washed out after 10 minutes of trolling, a telltale sign of old bait. When I brought it their attention, they were defensive and didn’t offer to do anything about it. Terrible customer service.
