This bank is close to my home, every time I go I always beg to be helped by a very kind man who works there, while the rest, including a Hispanic girl who is supposed to be there for help, anything you want to know or deposit checks all They ask you a thousand questions, they take a while, they ask for 2 IDs, it wouldn't matter neither the questions nor the ID, they ask for it and ask in an arrogant way, they want to intimidate and it is ultra uncomfortable in front of those who are in line. To the Wells Fargo Bank, I ask you please more Respect for your clients and kindness. I cannot recommend this branchI'm going tomorrow I hope the kind gentleman is there

They should play circus music in here. I went to deposit a check. Said I could only use money order. Ok, no problem. Come back and the line is super long so I go to drive through. Sit in drive through, which was open, only to be told I have to go back inside and wait. After the people in front of me were helped in drive through. Absolute joke. So I go back inside and the line is twice as long. So now I had to wait another hour. I shouldn’t have to take an entire day off from work for a 5 minute transaction. Never will I personally use Wells Fargo. Worst ever.

Every time I have visited this bank location nothing is simple. I called one day to get a verified letter with my balance and was told I need to go through the drive through. After waiting for about 30 mins in the drive through I was told that they don't have a stamp and they can't do that. After letting the teller know I have had this done before they spoke to management. I was then directed to drive around and come in the building. The next time I needed a cashiers check and was told this location does not do cashier checks. I will not be going back to this location because it's such a waste of time.

I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone this bank mishandles my money at least twice a month I have to call the 1-800 number and file a claim then wait ten business days to correct a issue that should have been caught by Wells Fargo their fraud dept is very unprofessional and make it seem like the customer is the suspect instead of the victim of fraud I feel like I’m talking to a representative who doesn’t care of my issue and I’m just a number to them . I don’t have these issues with my other banks I would much rather use a credit Union I think this will be my last month with Wells Fargo good luck to anyone who starts a bank account there your gonna need some

Wells Fargo Bank on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is an excellent bank branch that is very convenient to access and has a knowledgeable and professional staff that provides excellent customer service and helps you achieve all of your banking goals. I have had a really good experience coming here especially for some more difficult transactions that they were able to assist with without a problem.

I had THE BEST experience here today thanks to Kristine (spelling is off) at the drive up teller! The computer was a little slow today and she was able to get my deposit and my withdrawal done with added conversation which was fantastic! I love how personable she was and she made me proud to be a Wells Fargo costumer! THANK YOU Kristine!!!!
