The Auto Center in the West Ashley Walmart is TERRIBLE!!!!! All their staff takes a 1.5 hour lunch break and their is no one in the auto center!!! And, there is no sign or info that tells the customers that...so I waited and hour and a half just to get my car checked in so that they could start the work. I will NEVER go back to this Walmart location for auto/tire work!!!!

One star for the one employee who attempted to help me. I asked another employee twice for help and she was unable to follow through. I waited 20 mins for someone to unlocked the spray paint and after that unloaded my cart - walking out. With nothing, no management, no service. Don't waste your time here if you can buy it from Home Depot or Lowe's.

The rain tapped a rhythm on the grimy windows of Walmart, as my old lady and I shuffled our way through the fluorescent-lit aisles. Tucked amidst the pandemonium was the sole reason we dared to grace this wretched establishment - the elusive "Margaret Holmes" brand of Hoppin John beans, a savory delight we'd uncovered in the depths of South Carolina's soggy lowlands. A scowl etched across my face as we entered, greeted not by the expected chorus of screaming babies and thumping cart wheels, but a barren wasteland of shopping carts! The midnight crew had forsaken their duty, leaving a vacuum in their wake. 10:30 AM, and the morning crew had yet to rise from their slumber to wrangle all of the wet shopping carts strewn around the parking lot. "What kind of store lets its customers shop without a cart in sight?" I muttered, my voice trailing off into the cavernous aisles. Wet and now frustrated, we trudged forth, like soldiers advancing into the jaws of retail chaos. With determined resolve, we secured our cans of Hoppin John, a triumph snatched from the jaws of the cart-less abyss. A procession of patrons, like mourners in line for a graveside service, snaked towards the self-checkout. Walmart has all but given up on cashiers, replacing them with machines that beep and buzz with a soul-less cacophony of discontent. We scanned and bagged our purchases, and then with a bitter sigh, were met with the final insult--no currency to be dispensed from the "Cash Only" kiosk. The neon lights cast eerie glows across our faces painted with despair, as we joined the queue to reclaim what was rightfully ours - the friggin change owed us. The clock's hand ticked past eleven, the morning sun now high in the sky, and yet this Walmart still had no shopping carts or even change in their self-checkout machines. The indignity of it all! Could Walmart's customer service plummet any further into the abyss? The question lingered like a storm cloud, threatening to burst at any moment. But hold on a minute, I thought, casting my gaze upon the darkening scene. Perhaps, my cynical mind whispered, there's more pain in store for this circus of consumerism. The ultimate punch-line, a quarter charge for a cart ala Aldi's, a final note in this symphony of absurdity...I'll bet will be the case some day soon! And so, my friends, mark my words, etch them onto the pages of history, for here you have borne witness to a tale of modern-day woes, a saga of a swampy treasure sought and the perils one must endure for a humble can of Hoppin John beans in the swamps of South Carolina.

I ordered via the App and selected curbside pickup. I thought it would be quicker than going into the store (usually a line). I waited for ~20 min in curbside pickup. Walmart could do better to communicate how long of a wait. I was stuck between - do I go in or stay waiting? But there was no way to eliminate curbside pickup in the app, once you selected. Would be great to know if the staff is busy and what the quicker option is. Take note, Walmart - help your staff!

This Walmart is absolute trash. The customer service is a miserable bunch of people who are rude and disrespectful. It amazes me that people keep jobs they have zero respect for. I tried to return an online order but my receipt was apparently no longer valid, so I asked to return for store credit instead and was refused since I had already shown my receipt to her and she was telling me these items are not eligible for return because that receipt is invalid, which is ironic because they actively sell the item so it makes no sense to not let me return for store credit, next best thing. I have bought this item MANY times before so I have plenty of valid receipts I could have had this item on but the woman wanted nothing to do with me and literally refused me service. Sorry for doing the appropriate thing and attempting to return correctly? Normally when people try to return with a no longer valid receipt the store will offer a store credit instead, not pull the high horse card of "I already saw your receipt so..." It's not like I was returning anything used or opened, I just no longer have use for the item in bulk. If I had walked in without my receipt and tried to return I could have gotten store credit since I know they sell this item... which is exactly what I'll do at another Walmart.

This place is good but one staff member helped my friend through a hard time. Her name is Kayla and she was so sweet and helped my friend calm down. She is a 10/10 employee!

Where to begin? This is easily the worst wal-mart I've ever walked into. Prices aren't marked throughout home decor and toy sections, inventory is always stacked in aisles, men's clothing also has prices missing on everything and clothes can typically be seen on the floor. It's embarrassing to walk in and say, "Yes, this is where I occasionally shop!" Corporate needs to investigate this messy store immediately! Done shopping here too.

If I could give Walmart 0 stars I would , which is why I never go to Walmart . Unfortunately I had to go with Walmart pick up for a few things I needed. I got there only find out they only had one of my items and with that that said I should be refunded . I waited for my refund only to be refunded literally ONE CENT , yes ONE CENT . I've been trying to get ahold of someone for days and can't even get someone on the phone at all which brings me to the point where I'm gonna have to go in the store .

Worst Walmart I have ever been to! For starters, there were no shopping carts available inside the store but plenty scattered about in the parking lot. Shelves were barely stocked with essentials, and today the checkout lines (both the regular and self-checkout) had lines extending into the aisles.
