Would leave 0 stars if possible.
Customer service was absolutely terrible. I walked into the store, there were 5 employees. Not one person acknowledged me entering the store. I waited around for a few minutes, not even a “hey I’ll be right with you”. Would not recommend.

I was greeted at the door by a VERIZON employee who didn't care that a VERIZON product had failed me and he was not interested in helping me with my issue.

Great store! Employees are so nice! I was in the store today where a woman was fussing and had no patience due to her or boyfriend's account not being authorized. The employees handled her so nicely. I had to come and praise their patience despite it being the end of the night and they were obviously short staffed. The employees explained for security reasons, they don't keep every phone out. Obviously that was a problem for her. Thank you for handling the customers with respect and courtesy despite dealing with crazy situations. I didn't want that comment to be the last one that was seen! Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service, but expected from Verizon as their customer service is always horrible. My boyfriend checked in and waited and hour only to find out that because it's a shared plan, he doesn't have access to his account. While we proceeded to fix the issue, as told by our representative, he walked away to help someone else. However, the person he was helping had the same issue and he proceeded to stay with her until she fixed her issue. Our issue was fixed and he said we would have to now wait until he was done with her. We were also told that everyone needs to get the same service and they won't rush through. Funny how they had no problem waking away from us to give someone else that courtesy. Cut to another 30 minutes later and the phone is in a safe that will take 10 minutes to open. Sorry, but this is a phone store. Didn't realize phones are locked up and take 10 minutes get?? We are now going on 1 hour and 45 minutes and counting still waiting with no one in sight. At this point it doesn't matter how this ends. Total incompetence and rudeness seem to be Verizon's norm. Couldn't be more disgusted with the workers and Verizon's standards.

Riley was very kind and courageous. He got us all switched over to Verizon with a breeze. He made sure to ensure we got full benefits of our plan while helping us save money. It was a quick and smooth process to get a new phone. Very happy!

Every single employee is unbelievably rude. Except for Travis he is great super helpful. But everyone else including the manager act like they are so above everyone else they talk to you like you are an idiot. If you are elderly you might as well forget it you are not going to be treated well. WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMER OF VERIZON FOR OVER 25 YEARS NEVER LATE ON A PAYMENT. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU IN THIS STORE I WOULDN'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL

Thank you to Rod! I wanted to switch from AT&T and use my own phone, he helped walk me through the whole process and helped me so I wouldn't have to go back to the store to activate my service!

Needed their assistance on my phone and had to have another one the same day! There was a line when I walked in, but they were right on it to get me checked in. They were patient, and I had issues transferring my information from my old phone to my new one. They went above and beyond. I was there for 5 hours total. The management was definitely great! Thank you for the help!
