My car broke down in front of the store. After about two hours of trying to fix it Verizon employee James Blackburn helped me. He used to be a mechanic and he fixed the issue in about ten minutes. He was wearing a nice white shirt and a tie and he still worked on my dirty car. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him and he was such a nice guy. He didn’t ask for money he just wanted to help someone in need. It really speaks volumes about his character and the service you’ll get at this store.

We visited the store this week to inquire about WIFI services through Verizon. James greeted us and provided exceptional service. Having been unsatisfied Xfinity customers for many years, James provided all the information we needed to purchase the service for one new home and change another. Thanks, James!

Stopped by with a few questions regarding an international travel plan and Robbie was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped take care of the international plan among a laundry list of other questions in only 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Robbie. My phone shut down while traveling, we stopped and Spencer helped fix the phone in 10 seconds! Like magic! He was a magician! I think I’m going to adopt him! He was very polite and respectful. He didn’t make fun of me for not knowing how to fix this on my own.

On Saturday afternoon, I dropped in to the James Island Verizon store to upgrade my failing Moto Z. It was at least 7 years old. I was met by Robbie Watkins who was knowledgeable, patient, efficient and kind. I was in and out of the store with exactly what I needed, no pressure to do or buy more equipment than needed or make changes to my service. He was perfect! I highly recommend the James Island Folly Road Verizon store. When you go, be sure to ask for Robbie! Thanks Robbie!

Me and my Wife Karen came to Verizon about 30min before closing James didn’t rush us at all and treated us like the store wasn’t about to close. Actually giving us the best customer service that I’ve ever had period in any industry. Provided us with the best plans suited to what we needed and wanted. Wifey got a new iPhone 15 pro max I was able to add my current phone to Verizon. Again James was great and if the other sales reps are like him I’d gladly recommend anyone to go thru that store for a phone or any other service…

Robbie Watkins was the most helpful young gentleman he is a tech WIZARD I was having trouble with my phone not being able by to close my apps and my phone was frozen and he was quick as a snap to help me fix my problems and get me on my way he was my night in netherite armor

Used to work for cellular sales never ever charged my customers for SIM cards. Was told it was $20 for a SIM card which is free it’s just a commission scam. Was on a vacation and all let us leave the store with no service. That’s cellular sales and Verizon for you
