“I'm new to James Island and SC.. Moved from Asheville NC where kava bars are numerous. I was thrilled to find Avalon because I miss having my kratom and kava teas available (prefer that to buying powder and brewing my own).. so this place is amazing for fresh beverages, and the dude working there was very helpful, friendly, and guess what.. the prices are VERY reasonable compared to Asheville... I'll be a regular now.. looks like a chill place to sit and hang out for a bit too..”
“Can I just say how amazing Jasmine is! My husband and I ran into this shop while visiting Charleston, and immediately were impressed by how clean and organized the shop was. Jasmine was super attentive to our picky natures. She knew about the products and was so patient while explaining them. “These types of stores are everywhere these days.People my age used to call these "head shops." No idea why...But if you know what head shops are, this is what they evolved into.Anyways. This place has a more unique and frankly professional and knowledgeable approach than most. Very clean, open, designed little shop. It manages to have a efficient use for products, plus a couple tables and chairs.Anthony was extremely helpful. I respect people who know what they are doing, and also keep current with this fast fluctuating type of business.As I said there are many such stores now. But this place was different. I would recommend this place over most I frequent.I believe there is a sister store by Bees Ferry Rd. Same people run that this store, so I suspect it is similarly exceptional.Bottom line. Probably the nicest little vape shop in town.Peace n love.”
“Not sure what all the negative reviews are about as I’ve never run into an issue with them being closed when I’ve tried to visit. Maybe I just get lucky and always hit it at the right times, but regardless, I drive out of my way to come to this location. They have a quality selection of delta products (albeit, a small selection). The staff is always super friendly, especially the girl with the blue hair (not sure what her name is but she’s awesome!!). Visually, the inside of the store is pretty bland, but that’s NBD when I’m only spending 5 minutes somewhere, ya know?(3Chi Super Lemon Haze, I love you!)”
