My package was marked delivered and left in the mailbox. The package contained (24) 16 ounce bottles of water. How was this left in my apartment size mailbox? The post master need to investigate some of these carriers. I will be filing a complaint in person. Do not scan packages until you deliver them.

Friendly help easy access. No large package or package drop box. Needs to add the package drop box to save people waiting in line for prepaid packages.

Don't bother wasting your time to get a passport here. Only the first 8 people can get a passport daily? They close the passport office after an hour of being open despite saying 2PM on their other signage in person and online.

Useless employees. Package said it was not delivered and available for pickup at this location. Worker assured me it was going to be delivered after I went in and asked for it. After it was never delivered, I scheduled a redelivery (from this post office) and they immediately marked it as delivered without even stopping by. What a joke. Go with UPS or someone else that's actually competent and will deliver your packages.

I wouldn’t recommend using usps to deliver your product because i had an order that was supposed to be delivered by them and it said it was delivered but it was never sent. For your sanity DO NOT use them because its a 99% chance you won’t get your order at all or on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in for a passport at 10:15 and was told they only do 8 per day. The employees were rude and very unprofessional, yelling across the lobby seemed to be their idea handling situations rather than talking to people. Furthermore, no where is it posted that they only help 8 people per day nor was I told over the phone that I needed a number. In fact, I was told not to make an appointment and just walk-in between 10 and 11. This establishment needs a major overhaul of their current workforce as well as better onboarding training to teach professionalism. For a federal office, this place is sub-par.

Whilst downtown running errands, I popped into the USPS on East Bay, with trepidation, I might add, because I thought it would be thronged with customers. I was wrong. I was attended to immediately with no wait. This Post Office has tons of Parking right outside the door and just off of East Bay Street. The place is big with lots of Personal boxes inside to pick up your mail. They have a separate area inside to deal with Passports and several customer counters for postage. The staff are efficient and friendly. The whole experience took at most ten minutes. Highly recommend this facility.
