All the reviews are true, rudest post office in town. They’re the old school type of post office where they don’t want you there and helping you is an inconvenience. I went today April 13 2024 and the lady working was offended the second I even walked it.

USPS sucks. They kidnapped my package and cannot get a refund because USPS is not done playing with my package which was supposed to be delivered days earlier.

Lady behind counter was rude, my package was in the building, and i had confirmation through the app it was in building. The lady behind the desk yelled at me in front of the room of people, telling me i’m wrong, without helping in any way.

The reviews you read about this post office and their staff being unhelpful, disrespectful, and rude are all true. I've gone to this location many times and I've only had a couple of positive interactions out of the many times I've interacted with the staff.
Their most helpful and kind employee is the self-service kiosk. Too bad I'm not able to do all my transactions using the kiosk.
The particular employee you read about really needs to not have a publicly facing position. She does not communicate properly nor does she seem to have the patience when dealing with customers.

Man, I don’t post reviews but Alice is just a bad human. I’m not sure who hurt her, but she is one of the rudest people I have encountered. Did she not realize this job involved human interaction? She gets paid to help the public. Yet she is the worst.

RUDE & LAZY.
I’m sure it’s not everyone’s first time entering a post office to mail something. I stood in line to get a receipt and let them scan a pre paid shipping label and they told me “they don’t do that”. Considering every single other post office in town does do this I asked why not and they immediately ignored me. Did the same thing to the person behind me. Not surprised that I witnessed them ignore a nice woman who asked about tape for her package right before me. Plain rude people work here.

I have never been so publicly disrespected in my life. The two African American women working behind the counter at 4:40pm on April 8th were raising their voices at me, using unwelcoming language, ignoring me, and informing me that my package was not ready to ship because I had nothing in the envelope (of course I did). They do not deserve to have this job and treat individuals this way. No individual goes to the post office to be verbally and non-verbally attacked.

I had a question about the self service kiosk for packages and I waited in line. I tried to quickly ask the worker the question of what I do with the package when finished (it was my first time doing the self service) but she completely ignored me and didn’t look me in the eye. She was the only person working there, and I’m fine with waiting but it sucks how disrespectful she was towards me. If you want to wait for 20+ minutes in the middle of the day and get horrible service, you’ve come to the right place!

Very rude, wouldn’t take package and told me to put it in the machine around the corner. I asked where it was because I didn’t see the machine. She said “the only one out there”. Never helpful, always rude. Unpleasant experience always at this post office. Why work there if you are so mean?!? A customer showed me where the “machine” was.

The lady that was at the far right window is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Horrible to the man in front of us as well! Never gives a straight answer to a simple question!

Just walked and walked back out. What a nasty attitude, asked a change of addresss form and got the most passive aggressive reponse ever. Sir i m busy counting. Can’t multitask…. There ia a word for this type of angry person but I wont use it here.

Over the course of several years, I’ve seen SO many people leave upset at the hands of one single employee. I’ve actually never experienced anyone as bitter & angry & unwilling to help customers as this woman. People come in knowing what to expect with her & her infamous reputation, so I watch them try to “kill her with kindness”, only to get the same result. No matter what, it is *never* going to be a pleasant experience if she is involved, & sadly she is always there. Not sure why she continues to work customer service if she despises people so much, & how she is still employed. Maybe it’s a kink. If you want to avoid getting your day ruined, & want actual customer service, go to a different post office. This place is unreal.
