Ordered a new phone from my cellphone carrier. On Friday 8/23 attempted delivery was made. UPS left a delivery notice. When I attempted to change delivery in my UPS account for pickup it said the delivery notice was not associated with the tracking number. Very obvious that they didn't scan it in so it would correspond with the tracking. I went to the physical location on Saturday 8/24 to attempt retrieval of the package only to see that they are closed on Saturdays. Ridiculous that they would be working on a Saturday but the office isn't open to customers. Updated UPS tracking showed that it would be delivered same day (Saturday) between 5-8:30pm. I stayed home from work so I could receive the package. Well, the package never came!! I check the tracking at 8pm to discover that the driver never even attempted delivery and instead marked my package as undeliverable because of an incorrect address. I double checked the address and everything was correct. So you can find my address Friday, but not Saturday? Sounds to me like someone just didn't want to finish their route that day and instead chose to mark my delivery as incorrect address so they could go home early.

Worst customer service team I've ever had to deal with. They can't even meet the times that they give the customers for the deliveries. My package was in route to my location at 0915 in the morning estimated to be at my location at 1530. It's over an hour late and now they are saying the package may not get here till later on tonight. Why give out times for deliveries if you can't meet your own expectations? Super unsatisfactory customernservice and will have to now recommend other postal services for any further business.

How is this a customer service drop off if the doors are locked during business hours? This is the second location where the front door is locked. Have been trying to drop off a pre-labeled package to ship out.

I got to see behind the scenes and the employees are like soldiers in their efficiency and organization. The company obviously takes care of them because they were all friendly and chipper. Determined to get their job done. I was super impressed.

Pickup is absolutely awfulScheduled three pickups past three days, spending money out of my pocket and paying my employees to wait.One pickup was cancelled randomly.One pickup was attempted but no one ever came and have cameras to back up, also no note on door.Last pickup was attempted hour before earliest scheduled pickup time and driver didn’t even come. And again no note left by driver.Drivers are lazy and the center needs to look into this

UPS in Charleston, SC is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE of a company. The notices left on doors mean nothing. The driver doesn't put any information. The driver does not even scan the notice he puts so that a person can look it up.
You can't call and reach a person or even make a complaint. UPS gives you FAKE PEOPLE
or a person from another country and has no clue about what is happening locally.
UPS STINKS 100 PERCENT!!!
