HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY LOST A $14,000 CHECK, which is causing me to be evicted, and I can’t get NOT 1 PERSON TO HELP ME. I’ve called every number online… called the UPS location that the “package tracker” states that it’s at. It was supposed to be here Sat, Then Mon, now today and I paid for expedited shipping to arrive in 2 days…

Not home for delivery. No call, no note…. They just sent it back to sender across the US. Now have to pay for shipping AGAIN…Had no idea until it was on its way back. Horrible that there is not a local number.

I’m so over it. I had a signature required package and it was attempted to be delivered to my address but I was not home at the time the note said to pick at my local Michael’s my package never made it to the store. My package was never delivered I spoke to a representative yesterday and they said my package would be at the UPS store today I called and check the status online and my package was sent back to the sender when the representative and the note they left on my door stated my package would be held at the UPS for the next 1-5 days. I’m so over it, UPS Charleston-SC is one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with and I’m going to ask my family back to stop sending me packages especially through UPS.

Charleston, SC- Hands down, the WORST company. Had a signature required package returned after one attempt to deliver. Was told another attempt would be made multiple times all week, wasted multiple days waiting for package. No one ever showed up. Now says being returned to sender. Emailed customer service, got a reply asking if we wanted package delivered the next day. Responded yes within 20 min, package never showed up. Tried to call customer service multiple times, was HUNG UP on by automated voice MULTIPLE times, refuses to connect me with an actual person to help. DESERVES 0 STARS!

I ordered LAMB CHOPS from New Zealand, and they accidentally delivered GOLD BULLION intended for an electronics manufacturer. So, I bought a Tesla (self driving since I’m a Beagle) and it took me to Whole Foods, where I bought LAMB CHOPS.Happy Ending!

Wow they lost my 1000 dollar soundbar because they decided not to read the label and send it wherever they wanted. The woman on the phone with customer care confirmed it with me. These people need to be held accountable.

Came to pickup a package.Nobody was in sight when i got there but yet the lobby was open.After 15 minutes of waiting around and with no way of calling that location someone came out to help.The girl was very nice but there needs to be a bell or something to get somebody’s attention.

They said “attempted delivery” well after 10 pm I waited up all night for my husbands new iPhone Xmas present so I could wrap and have ready by tonight. All lights were on, no doorbell ring capture of any attempt, no sticker on the door saying I missed them. Why do they constantly do this?!?!

pay your employees decently so they do the job instead of saying you tried to deliver and didn't, this is the worst delivery company in the USAIf I had tried to get in touch and had not been able to, I would have left it at USP on the same day since it is in front of my residence.you are very liars and have no respect for the customer

Delivery never rang doorbell all captured on video for a signature required package. He filled out form and stuck on door. Outrageous! I contacted UPS customer service and was told local carrier will be calling soon and package will be delivered today. This office called 1.5 hours later telling me driver is done for the day, that he did ring door bell and knocked (evidence is on the tape not true) but didn't matter, they are closed and deliveries are done for the day. Even though I paid extra for 2 day delivery I offered to pick up the package but I was told it was a process to find the package. I have escalated to corporate as this is unacceptable service and hopefully someone will show an interest in fixing.
