I recently used the James Island UPS for printing services, which was a first time for me and the service was exceptional! Joe was amazing to work with and completed a quick turn around on invitations and party items! Will be going back!

So I moved from Massachusetts to Charleston in January. Had many visit to the UPS store at 520 Folly rd and I must say I have never had a bad experience there at all everyone is so nice and friendly. The 2 people I have worked with the most are Joe and Alison. They are very nice and no matter what I ask them they can answer right away and very nicely. Have to send many papers back to mass as I was selling my home there I have been there so many times. Even when I took an older paper that was folded and Alison had a hard time with them getting stuck in the machine so was never mad and was very pleasant. I kept saying I am sorry and she said I did not need to. Joe has helped me with a lot of things that need to be notarized especially when I did not know what I was I was doing and with some faxes and some other stuff. Coming from a customer service background I know how important it is to have good customer relationship. UPS should be proud of there workers here at this store. As I tell every time I go I hope I don’t have to come back but there is always something coming up and I do have to go back and I don’t mind cause I know I am going to a nice friendly and happy place. Thank you for all you do for me.

Joe did a great job designing and printing products for me. He went above and beyond my expectations. He created a cardboard cutout for my son’s birthday. It was the talk of our party! Everyone loved it and it’s a keepsake I’ll cherish forever. He also created custom water bottle labels. Joe was friendly, easy to work with, and very talented. I would definitely recommend doing your print and design services with him.
