I end up using UPS a lot for my Amazon stuff and was in today and had amazing help from Samantha. Usually the place is very busy so I use a kiosk but needed help today and she was beyond helpful and cheerful as well!

Terrible customer service from Scott. He is rude and if you have any complaints HE will threaten To call the police. I hope the owner is aware of Scott’s blatant disregard for his customers. I am in the process of filing a complaint with UPS Coporate offices about the experience my daughter and I have received at this location from Scott. We have used this store for 6 years and have never experienced this form of treatment of any of the other staff at this location. Scott needs to do better with his treatment of customers.

Just had the best service at this UPS location. My representative handled my return of AT&T equipment in under 30 seconds which was quicker than it took to get off the phone with AT&T. Thank you guys for being the best.
