Stanley has been doing my hair color for over 2 years now and he always does an AMAZING JOB! Also Jazzy is the best waxer i have ever used. They never disappoint.

Tried to purchase tarte moisture tint makeup product and they sold out either shade I could have used. Tried to buy a smash box eyeshadow palette but it was out of stock too. Poor inventory and poor customer service I had to go search for some one to look for products but they were always out and I didn't want to wait for order on vacation

Was forced to stand in the checkout line for a happy return just to be sent back to the same location to complete said return. The cashier neglected to do her diligence. I had no makeup products in my hand and she clearly could see the item I was returning was not from Ulta Beauty. She didn't even have the decency to apologize. No one greeted me upon entry despite two associates standing right at the entrance. This establishment left a disgusting taste in my nose as well as my mouth. I shall not be returning.

It's Mother's Day and I wanted to do something nice for myself and had my eyebrows waxed(the girl who did it was very nice)but for $27 she burned my eyelids and they hurt and now I have to cancel my plans for dinner so a big never going there again!!!!

I didn’t catch anyone’s names because no one was wearing a name tag, but first I want to say the girl at the counter greeting people was very sweet and I wish I got her name.Nobody wants to help you. I have this experience every time at this location. This girl and someone who was clearly a friend, as they were talking like they knew each other, so I was waiting next to them because I didn’t want to interrupt and I had a question, and the employee looked at me and tried walking away and I said “hey I have a question” and she rolled her eyes. ????

Rose was very rude. I received a production in the mail that was broken and leaking all over. They makes me a replacement but said I needed to return the broken leaking one? I didn’t want to go buy a box and send it off and have it leak all over me again. (It’s self tanner) so I went to the store to return it for them because that’s easier for me.Rose acted like I didn’t know how to place a sticker on a box and was talking down to me. It was shockingly rude. This is an inconvenience for ME. Why do I need to return a broken item ulta sent to me and then get treated like that? I’m a platinum member.

This store is a very good store every time I come here I find the stuff I need when I was here in February i got bubble the ordinary serum Mario badscu touchland and I had 50 dollars to spend. So if you’re gonna give Ulta a bad review give Sephora a bad review because they are so expensive and Ulta is so cheap which is that’s why I love the store because I can actuallyafford it

If I could leave less than one star I would. I booked a makeup appointment with the store three weeks in advance for my engagement photos. Received a call 6 days before the appointment from the makeup artist stating that she is moving and would not be able to service me. She then proceeds to say she can reschedule me for 4pm when my initial appointment was at 11am. My photos are at 2pm.. this is a complete nightmare! Super inconvenient and honestly disappointing. I have called several salons and of course they are booked. I understand things happen but more notice would have been greatly appreciated. I will say the process to schedule was super simple but that means nothing when your appointment gets canceled. Save your time and energy, book elsewhere if you can !
