“Called over last night and Zach very kindly said they could fit in all the work I needed done on my truck prior to closing. Once on the lift Ethan went above and beyond solving an extra issue with my steering rack. If he had not noticed my lower control arm was loose I could have had a really gnarly crash when it broke free. I am super thankful for these guys being willing to stay late with their manager, Tom, and ensure I was safe to drive home. Awesome team and an awesome option for anything tire related.

“I manage a Fleet of 45 vehicles and have been using Honest 1 in West Ashley for about a year. They are fantastic. They know my vehicles can’t be down for long and as long as we don’t mind leaving them and coming back a day or two later they are always done and done well. I want it done right the first time, so I try not to rush them.
I’ve read some other reviews on here and I feel like people who honestly think, in CHARLESTON, one of the fastest growing cities in the country right now, that you can get GOOD mechanical service QUICKLY, then you are going to be disappointed. I could (and do) use the in and out oil change services when I don’t have a lot of time. But I have been pleasantly surprised with Honest 1’s service and mechanical skills to fix what other shops closer to our business couldn’t figure out. My company is in N Mt Pleasant and we drive to West Ashley for service. That says a lot.

I sure hope this young gentleman is already being recognized by his management for his work ethic and customer service skillset.”

We called 4 different car rental places to hold us over for a few days..but there was Nothing available...Sherry went out of her way to call several of the rental places that she works with...and she was able to find something for us!
